An angry customer said this in a review "One of the worst services I ever had with ICICI Bank for NRI account. The team member assigned to open my account was absolutely unprofessional. Always come up with the excuses. He even didn’t have my correct phone number. Almost made 30+ calls and asked for the service request but never been addressed. The team member never turn up to return the call on time. Never recommend to anyone to open anything with this bank. THE WORST!".

"Guys seriously pls don't join icici bank they paid very less and gives you immense pressure that you will commit suicide...they only hires very fast and fires you very fast........bank gives you around 20k and wants a business of 5 lakh a month ......this is rediculous ....always tells you will not justify your salary....totally an insurance agent job......if you want to do suicide join icici bank ........it is nothing like a jail.....you will stuck there...they tell you seat you seat ,,they tell you stand up you stand.....you will be treated like a dog.."

"This is interesting lesson for the beginners of ICICI Credit card users. I started using Credit card since 2004. First was the citybank credit card. No problem for almost 3 years. Later cancelled and switched over to ICICI. After using ICICI credit card I noticed that they levy heavy charges for your late payment. Some how I cleared all the charges in 2016. In 2019 I got a call saying I have dues pending. I told the credit card department that I have cleared my dues in 2016 and why a call after 3 years. They didn't give me any proper explanation and said its penalty over penalty. After that again I got a call in early 2020 asking me to clear the dues and my reply was give the details I will clear. Without any further notification ICICI credit card department closed my credit card account with bringing my CIBIL score to the lowest. Lesson was never go for a credit card and if possible ICICI bank. As these Credit card department people are more of egoistic. So before going for ICICI credit card please give a second thought."

"Used this company to get a no fee payment plan for an appliance purchase, if paid within 3 months. Received a credit card in the mail with an annual fee (which I did not sign up for). Attempted daily calls to call centre (in India?) to retrieve my account information so I could pay off the amount owed and not pay extra fees. It’s been two moths and I still haven’t received a call back so I can have my information on where to send payment to. They continue to say they’re working on it. They have never called me back as they indicated they would. Very poor service. I would absolutely never sign up with this bs company again."

From customer care officer to head officer nobody has taken my request seriously and auto generated mail triggers that this request is in critical in nature. Due to this pandemic situation I am stuck at remote area where there is no branch.. In this case how Can customer give good feedback"
